Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Areas & Availability

  • Coverage:

Please enter your delivery postcode to verify if we currently deliver to your area. If your location isn’t covered yet, don’t worry—we plan to expand our delivery zones in the future, so stay tuned!

  • Delivery Day and Time:

Deliveries are made every Sunday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

On Sunday, you’ll receive a message with your estimated delivery time—a 60-minute window within that timeframe.

  • Refunds for Undeliverable Orders:

If you place an order without checking whether we deliver to your area and it turns out we don’t, you will receive a refund within 3–5 business days.


2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by Thursday, 9 PM, for Sunday delivery.

3. Handling Special Delivery Requests

Custom Delivery Instructions
: If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the back door), please include them in the ‘Delivery Notes’ section at checkout.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If we’re unable to deliver due to incorrect information or inaccessible premises, your meals will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge.

5. Freshness & Storage

Meal Freshness:

If you're home to accept delivery, your meals will arrive in paper bags. Please refrigerate them immediately. If you select the "Not Home" option at checkout, a $3.00 fee will be added, and your meals will arrive in our insulated bags with ice packs. These will keep your meals cool for 3-4 hours, but please refrigerate them as soon as possible after delivery. 

Keep meals refrigerated at 4°C or below for up to 6 days. Use immediately after opening. Freeze before the expiration date and consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or thaw in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your meals arrive damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Refunds & Cancellations


Cancellations must be made before Thursday, 9 PM, for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
