Deliveries are made every Sunday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
On Sunday, you’ll receive a message with your estimated delivery time—a 60-minute window within that timeframe.
Please ensure your postcode falls within our delivery area before placing an order. Orders placed outside our delivery zone will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by Thursday, 9 PM, for Sunday delivery.
3. Handling Special Delivery Requests
Custom Delivery Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the back door), please include them in the ‘Delivery Notes’ section at checkout.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If we’re unable to deliver due to incorrect information or inaccessible premises, your meals will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
5. Freshness & Storage
Meal Freshness:
Keep meals refrigerated at 4°C or below. Use immediately after opening. Freeze before the expiration date and consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or thaw in the refrigerator and use within 4 hours. Do not refreeze.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your meals arrive damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before Thursday, 9 PM, for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
