How does the meal prep service work?
Select your meals from our weekly menu and choose the size that suits your needs: Balance or Bulk. Place your order before our order cut off Thursday 9pm, and we’ll prepare and deliver freshly made meals right to your door in Sydney on Sundays.
When do orders close?
Orders close every Thursday at 9:00pm for Sunday delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following week's delivery.
Where do you deliver, and is there a delivery fee?
We offer delivery across Sydney for a $15 fee. Enter your delivery postcode to check if we currently deliver to your area.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made every Sunday between 10:30am - 3:30pm. Customers receive a text message on the morning of delivery with a 60-minute ETA delivery window within these hours.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If you are not home during delivery, your order will be left in a safe place where possible. Meals are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit.
If there is no safe place to leave the order and we are unable to reach you, the delivery may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Are your meals Halal?
Yes - all meals at Flavour For Fitness are prepared using Halal ingredients and halal certified proteins.
How are the meals packaged?
Each meal is prepared fresh and packaged in sealed, microwave-friendly containers for convenience and freshness. Orders are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to help keep meals cold. during transit.
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
All meals are prepared fresh and delivered refrigerated, not frozen.
How long can I keep the meals in the refrigerator or freezer?
Refrigerate at 5°C or below for up to 6 days. Use immediately after opening. Freeze before the expiration date and consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or thaw in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Can I heat the meals in the microwave?
Yes all meals are packaged in microwave-friendly containers for convenience. Simply remove sauces and sides such as pickles before heating.
Do you change your menu weekly?
Yes - we regularly introduce new dishes and rotate meal options, while still keeping some customer favourites available.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Thursday 9:00pm are eligible for a full refund. As all meals are prepared fresh to order, cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
